Artichoke and feta dip

Ingredients

 

1 can 398 gr. artichoke hearts

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

1 cup sour cream 4% mf

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon red onion finely chopped

2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes chopped  

1 tablespoon fine chopped flat parsley

 

Preparation method

 

Drain and rinse artichoke hearts and chop in food processor.

Transfer in to bowl, stir in sour cream, feta cheese, onion garlic and mix with soft plastic spatula.  

Sprinkle with parsley and garnish with dried tomatoes

Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.

Serve with baguette bread, crackers, pita bread or tortilla dips.
