Ingredients: 4
boneless chicken breasts 1
pack 450gr fιlo 1
med large onion minced 2
fresh eggs 3
stalks celery fine chopped ˝ cup
white wine 225gr
butter 100gr
feta cheese or Kefalograviera Salt
and fresh ground pepper Preheated oven 190°c
or 375°f |
Method:
Preheated oven 190°c
or 375°f
Cut chicken into small
chunks or long strips and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Sauté onions and celery
until wilted. Add chicken wine, parsley and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and
add crumbled cheese and the lightly beaten eggs and stir.
Brush each fιlo sheet with
melted butter and place 2 tablespoons of chicken mix on the very end of the filo,
fold in the two sides and roll tightly like a spring roll.
Line all rolls on lightly
oiled aluminium pan, brush with butter and bake for 35 minutes or until
golden brown
Serve hot with Green salad
