The "Hellenic Mezedes" website created by Nick Demopoulos.

The purpose of this site is that I wanted to share my 44 years of experience and knowledge in the food industry with those that they are interested in cooking with authentic recipes from Mediterranean region and especially from the sunny and beautiful Greece.

My goal is to reach our children of the second generation and generations to come, of Greek descent, to continue, preserve and promote our cuisine, culture, heritage and traditions.  

I have a large collection of authentic recipes, collected from grandmothers and mothers that they brought with theme over to North America since the early fifties.

This site will be updated regularly. I ask your co-operation and feedback to make this site a big success for all.
