Ingredients: 500gr.ground beef, lean 500gr.ground
pork, lean 2-onions, chopped ½-cup olive oil 3 fresh eggs, lightly beaten ½- cup bread crumbs 1-cup crumbled feta cheese 3- tablespoons chopped flat parsley <μαϊντανό> Sea salt and fresh ground pepper 1-cup olive oil for brushing phyllo sheets 1-pack 454gr pastry sheets phyllo or Home made phyllo dough.

Preparation Sauté ground meats and onions lightly with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients except pastry sheets and olive oil and mix well with wooden spoon. On working surface, line 4 sheets of phyllo, brushing each one with olive oil. With a soupspoon place part of the meat mixture lengthwise and roll tightly, securing the ends by folding in the edges of the phyllo sheets. Brush with oil or butter. Continue the same process, until all ingredients are used. Place rolls in a greased baking pan and bake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven 190ºc or 375ºf With home made phyllo dough, use only one sheet each roll. Brush ends with oil and little water.
