Honey & Dijon mustard Please

Dijon mustard ½-cup
red wine vinegar 4
garlic cloves crashed and minced 2-tablespoons
honey 1-teaspoon
oregano 1-tablespoon red onion, fine chopped Juice
of two fresh squeezed lemon 1-cup
extra virgin olive oil Sea
salt and fresh ground black pepper

Preparation method:
Whisk the first 7 ingredients together. Add the olive oil gradually and whisk thoroughly Before adding to the salad adjust salt and pepper. Store room temperature or refrigerate.
Tip: Combine all ingredients into a glass jar, cover tightly with its lid. Shake well until dressing thickens and cloudy in color. Add dressing and seasoning into salad, just before you serve. |
