Veal Stew

6 servings 1-kg
veal cubs 1-large
copped onion 2-teaspoons
sugar 1˝-cup
olive oil 1-can
1-stick
cinnamon (optional) 1-cup
red dry wine Sea
salt and fresh ground pepper |
Preparation
method
Chop the onion and sauté
until browned lightly.
Add the meat and brown all
sides.
Sprinkle with salt and
pepper.
Add the sugar, chopped
tomatoes and 2 cups of water or vegetable juice.
Cover and simmer for 1 1/2-
hour or until the meat is soft.
Cooked with pressure
cooker, it will take 20 minutes to cook.
Serve hot with rice or
fries,
