"For ladera"

The basic ingredients for traditional Greek vegetarian dishes are the ones using

Seasonal vegetables, greens, herbs, pulses and grains

The roots of many of these dishes lie far back in the Greek rich history and folk traditions.    

The Greek word of vegetarian dishes is "ladera" cooked with olive oil, because olive oil is their main condiment.

"Ladera" can be prepared with: Fresh green beans, artichokes, green peas, okra aubergines and zucchini,

green peas and carrots.

Arakas laderos with fresh dill green peas cooked in oil.

Herbs for Lateral:  Fresh flat parsley, dill, mint, basil, thyme bay leaves, oregano rosemary, coriander,

fennel and sage.

Cook with fresh ingredients and pure Greek virgin olive oil
