tomatoes, ripe but not to soft 1-medium
cucumber sliced 4-tablespoons
olive oil or more ˝-medium
red onion sliced ˝-teaspoon
Greek oregano 12-Greek
black olives 155gr
Greek feta cheese Salt and
fresh ground pepper 2-tablespoons
red wine vinegar |
For Salad dressing
Preparation
Cut tomato in
segments, green pepper if used same way, deseeded.
Crumble
feta cheese in big chunks and combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss,
or mix with wooden spoon. Serve
in individual salad bowls. Hot crusty bread for dipping… into the salad’s juices, fantastic!!! |
